Yoga is an excellent practice for the entire body and overall well-being, focusing on strengthening the core muscles, improving flexibility throughout the body, enhancing smaller and weaker muscle groups, refining coordination and balance, all while connecting with a mindful and conscious breath.


During the morning awakening session, we will practice dynamic asanas – exercises that energize and strengthen the entire body, mind, and spirit. Emphasis will be on postures that enhance the functioning of internal organs, boost metabolism, and strengthen all muscles in the upper and lower body while improving overall flexibility, coordination, and balance. Our 90-minute morning gathering will begin with a short introductory relaxation, followed by an active and dynamic program. Once pleasantly tired, we will conclude our practice with a final relaxation and various basic breathing techniques. This session is suitable for anyone who wants to improve flexibility, strengthen muscles in a healthy way, enhance posture, coordination, balance, boost metabolism, improve digestion, and increase overall physical resilience and body awareness.
