That’s why, in our fitness center, we have decided to provide each trainee with the opportunity to demonstrate and learn the correct execution of individual exercises and receive guidance during the introductory period. This effectively eliminates the risk of improper exercise performance, which can lead to pain or injuries.
At Bodysense Fitness, we don’t limit personal assistance to just one or two visits; instead, we continue to monitor and correct any improper exercise execution until the trainee performs them correctly and, most importantly, safely. We take into account the trainee’s current abilities and consider their desires and expectations. Based on this, we carefully design an introductory workout program that is both free of charge and expertly crafted, ensuring a safe and rapid progression in all aspects of fitness training (strength, endurance, flexibility, well-being, etc.).
